Customer's Right to Exchange or Refund:
1. Customers are allowed to return or exchange the product in new condition within 24 hours.
2. Customers are allowed to return or exchange the product if a defect is found within 24 hours.
Customers are not entitled to return or exchange:
1. The product is not eligible for return or exchange if it has been used or opened.
2. The product is not eligible for return or exchange after 24 hours of receiving the product.
